 Safety first! We made it!!!!!! We made it to the land where everyone (just about) looks like us and lil dude too (that's a tale for another time). So yeah I made it to my second tour, as jobs go I have not reached my 3 year max threshold, but I'm still here. I guess the fact that I am a kept woman (by the guberment) and my partner controls my life and housing, I might be in this "relationship" for a minute.
So lets talk about it... The Good Stuff: Everyone at the nail shop (owner and operators) looks like me. Everyone on TV looks like me.. even the commercials. Everyone on the street looks l like me... even in the nice cars. Everyone.... ok most of the folks in the building look like me. Currently in hotel (temp housing - we will get into that later) where everyone looks like me.. and management looks like me and female. Hell, there ain't noth'in left to say!!! Trips to come and maybe photos of said trips, to come.. ..heck just come see for yourself! Yeah so that partner of mine must have forgotten my standard of living. But we working through it. We had some good and challenging conversations but we have decided to make it work and continue with the "relationship". LMAO.... soooo maybe in a few days, in the famous words of Queen B .. he will "upgrade me"!... Hell just give me good water pressure, less 6 legged friends and a couple of neighborhood kids for the lil dude. Oh and a room for the luxury vehicle on the way... or the pieces of her that do show up.... let me stop. She will arrive in one piece.... I pray! |
